Last November, we were just launching our pre-sales for Thompson Landing on Royal to start selling 64 condo units in this soon-to-be-built development with two buildings – Royal One and Royal Two – on the waterfront of the Thompson River. One year later, we are already at 42% sold, and even with higher interest rates, our real estate team is connecting the right people to the right condo units at Thompson Landing on Royal.
We officially cut the ribbon for our Sales Centre in March of 2023 and this space has provided people with the opportunity to see, touch, and feel what their condo unit at Thompson Landing on Royal will be like. Of course, we can’t wait to officially open the doors of the development in Spring of 2025, but this is the next best thing. If our track record holds, we will be sold out prior to opening which means a lot to our team, as we know purchasers are putting their faith in our reputation for building quality residential buildings, on time and on budget.

We not only recognize that we have great partners, but a team of ARPA staff members and subtrades who do the heavy lifting for all of our developments. At this point, we’re already framing one of the Thompson Landing on Royal buildings and the views from the first floor are amazing.
In 2024, we look forward to hosting on-site tours with REALTORS and prospective buyers who will see just how fantastic the views are from every single condo unit, so they can envision how great it will be to live on the water with all of the urban amenities just steps from their new home.
