The milder weather has been ideal for our team, and construction at Thompson Landing on Royal is running smoothly. With 30 units already sold and two more pending, the anticipation surrounding this new waterfront development is mounting.

 

Brendan Shaw, the REALTOR®️ working with ARPA Investments on this project, shared that the site is bustling with activity as crews ensure the successful realization of this enterprising development.

 

  • At Royal Two, framing is well underway on the façade and lobby, with three storeys complete and a fourth storey expected before the end of the month. 

  • Plumbers are roughing in drains and finalizing bathroom layouts.

  • Crews are working on forming the retaining wall connecting the driveway to the parkade, and the two supporting columns for Royal One’s second floor are installed. 



Thanks to the remarkable efforts and attention to detail in each facet of this project, the development remains on track for its mid-2025 completion target.
